We had well over 50% of League post a score last week so I am requiring a make up to recorded.

• Please clearly label the score card with your players first & last names and the date the absence took place.
• For example: Adam Snow, Ben Bomes 6/13.
• A hard copy of the scorecard must be returned to the clubhouse to be eligible for entry. No text or email plz.
